Who this is

EV Advisory is a one person practice operated by Esteban Valencia. The person delivering the work is the person whose name is on it.

What you are buying

Each product on the store page states a fixed price, a fixed scope and a fixed delivery time. That description is the agreement for the order. Anything outside the stated scope is a separate order, agreed in writing before work starts.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. EV Advisory never stores your card details. For fixed-price offers billed by milestone, each invoice is due on the terms stated at the fit call before work on that milestone begins.

Delivery

Delivery timelines start from scope confirmation, not from payment. Scope confirmation happens on the receipt page or the fit call, whichever the offer uses. If information needed to start the work is late, the delivery clock starts when it arrives.

Refunds

Refund terms are written on every product card and in the refund policy. Read the product’s own guarantee before buying; it is the one that applies.

Confidentiality

Information you share to scope or deliver the work is used only for that work and is not shared with a third party without your consent.

Limits

Deliverables are analysis and recommendations. EV Advisory is not responsible for decisions made on top of that analysis, and liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order.
